Tereza performs a variety of personnel-related administrative duties. She also coordinates and evaluates human resource work activities and provides regional day-to-day HR support across Europe and Russia to maintain an effective and motivated workforce, in compliance with the local labour legislation.
I have always wanted to work for an organisation that brings a positive impact on the planet and the environment. This is the reason why I joined Preferred by Nature. My goal as an HR Specialist is to support and help our people and build a pleasant and friendly working environment.
Tereza has more than 10 years of experience in human resources. She had worked for international automotive and IT companies as an HR Business Partner. Prior to joining Preferred by Nature, Tereza worked at an Italian automotive company as an HR manager. In that role, she was responsible for all HR matters in Czech and Slovakia branches.
Her main responsibility was to set up HR processes (onboarding, recruitments, performance management) and to bridge the gap between the managers, employees and Italian HQ. She studied Economics and Management at the Mendel University in Brno.
Tereza joined Preferred by Nature in 2020.
