Christian Sloth
Christian Sloth works as Director of the Sustainability Program at Preferred by Nature, where he leads the development and implementation of the Sustainability Framework and related solutions for responsible sourcing, due diligence and supply chain assurance.
Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, he works with companies and partners to translate evolving regulatory, market and sustainability expectations into practical systems, standards and assurance approaches.
His expertise includes forest and agricultural supply chains, legality, sustainability certification, benchmarking, traceability, risk-based due diligence and regulatory developments such as the EU Deforestation Regulation.
Christian has worked across multiple regions and spent eight years in Southeast Asia supporting forestry, responsible sourcing and forest certification initiatives.
He joined Preferred by Nature in 2011.
