Jay began his career in the non-profit sector before moving into higher education and sustainability consulting. Over the years, he has gained experience across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud as well as Salesforce Flows, Apex, data quality and governance, and marketing integrations. He has supported organisations ranging from academic institutions to global consulting firms.
