Lisandro Bernabé Martínez
Lisandro provides technical support and infrastructure oversight for Preferred by Nature’s hardware, software and Salesforce platforms. He ensures smooth day-to-day operations by resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, and supporting user needs across North, Central and South America. His role also includes contributing to global IT tasks and assisting with cross-regional platforms such as Office365 and Salesforce, helping to ensure organisational efficiency and security.
Based in Mexico, Lisandro supports regional and global staff by managing IT systems, coordinating hardware and software deployment, and providing first- and second-line user support. He maintains the organisation’s Office365 platform, ensures compliance with internal IT protocols, and provides Salesforce assistance for teams across the Americas, from resolving access issues to supporting dashboards and templates.
With nearly two decades of experience in IT systems administration, Lisandro has held infrastructure, cybersecurity and helpdesk roles in manufacturing, real estate, and public education sectors. Before joining Preferred by Nature, he was the MX IT System Coordinator at an International German company in the automotive sector, where he oversaw network infrastructure, data center management, and internal audit readiness within the ISO/IATF and TISAX frameworks. He has also led IT operations in start-ups and supported SAP customisation projects.
Lisandro holds formal training in production processes and information technologies, complemented by certifications in cybersecurity, ISO 27001 auditing, ITIL, and Cisco networking.
