Tudor Serban
Tudor works as a Sales Process Manager at Preferred by Nature, where he helps teams work more effectively by improving sales processes, systems, and client engagement practices globally, across the organisation. He works closely with colleagues across regions and functions to strengthen collaboration, support organisational development, and create efficient, client impact-focused ways of working. He also contributes to market development and stakeholder engagement initiatives in Romania, Hungary, and Moldova.
Tudor has been with Preferred by Nature since 2014. Prior to his current role, he supported the establishment and development of the organisation's presence in Romania and worked as an Auditor, specialising in certification services, including chain of custody and forest management audits, as well as in service delivery coordination and monitoring.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Protection, and a second Bachelor's degree in Forestry. Drawing on his experience in certification, biodiversity projects, and business development, Tudor is passionate about helping organisations achieve their sustainability goals and deliver positive outcomes for people, nature, and climate.
