Bridget Michael
Bridget has been part of our Projects Division since its formal establishment in 2022. She coordinates the development of project proposals across our key landscape programmes, primarily in Indonesia and Ghana, working closely with in-country colleagues and local partners.
Her fundraising and project development work focuses on initiatives that promote sustainable sourcing, ecosystem restoration, and climate resilience through agroforestry and regenerative agriculture. This includes a strong emphasis on the inclusion of smallholder farmers across value chains such as cocoa, oil palm, rubber, and rice. Bridget has supported the start-up of projects in Ghana and is currently supporting the new development of projects in India.
Bridget works with a range of donors including Danida, the European Commission, CISU, ISEAL, and FCDO, among others.
