Ai Pham Thi Ngoc
Ai Pham Thi Ngoc serves as Preferred by Nature’s Forestry Specialist in Vietnam, supporting the organisation’s mission to improve land management and sustainable business practices. She conducts certification audits and assessments, manages a portfolio of forest management clients, and ensures adherence to FSC, PEFC, and SBP standards.
Based in Gia Lai Province, Ai conducts on-site and desk audits, prepares reports, and manages certification processes for a range of partners. She develops annual audit schedules, oversees logistical planning, and liaises with clients to provide guidance on certification standards and procedures. Ai also supports operational tasks such as preparing subcontract agreements and coordinating with external consultants, ensuring quality control and compliance across all certification activities.
Ai holds a Master of Arts in Development Economics from The University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City in collaboration with the International Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus Rotterdam, and an engineering degree in Petrochemical and Organic Technology from Qui Nhon University. She has over 6 years of experience in sustainability management, forest management, and supply chain compliance, including roles as Sustainability Manager and FSC auditor. Ai is certified as an FSC auditor and trained in Sustainable Forest Management standards.
