Aleksandra plays a key role in maintaining and growing the client portfolio for Preferred by Nature’s certification services. She acts as Lead Auditor on selected evaluations, managing an average of 1.5 to 2.5 audits per week. Aleksandra is also involved in the coordination and execution of evaluations, including logistical planning, client communication, and report finalisation. She develops and implements evaluation schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and in line with Preferred by Nature’s standards.

Aleksandra’s responsibilities also include offering customer service to current and potential clients, providing guidance on certification standards, processes, and the use of certification marks. She works closely with clients to ensure that their audits are conducted smoothly and effectively, and she manages any disputes or questions related to certification evaluations. Additionally, Aleksandra is dedicated to self-training and continuously developing her expertise in sustainability certification schemes.

Before joining Preferred by Nature, Aleksandra’s career included roles in forestry, environmental protection, and project coordination, with a focus on data analysis and graphic design.
