Karoline Johansson
As a Supply Chain Specialist at Preferred by Nature, Karoline leads audits and manages certification processes for forest management and chain-of-custody operations in Sweden and Norway. She coordinates audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting for FSC, PEFC, and SBP schemes, while maintaining a portfolio of clients and ensuring adherence to Preferred by Nature’s technical and quality standards.
Karoline conducts and manages certification audits for FSC, PEFC, and SBP schemes, covering both planning and fieldwork stages. She ensures audits are delivered efficiently, meets reporting deadlines, and maintains accurate client records. Her work involves stakeholder engagement, technical guidance, and supporting the credibility and integrity of Preferred by Nature’s certification services in the Scandinavian market.
Before joining Preferred by Nature, Karoline gained experience in sustainability and environmental management through roles mainly in the private sector. She worked on life cycle assessments and recycling-related questions for fiber-based packaging solutions, managed environmental and quality management systems certified under ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, and contributed to sustainability reporting. She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Environmental Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Lund University.
