Linsey Kerr
Linsey supports People & Talent functions across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. She provides HR guidance and operational support throughout the employee life cycle partnering closely with staff and managers on employee relations matters, global and regional HR processes and the development and implementation of People & Talent policies and initiatives.
Linsey’s focus is on supporting staff and managers across the employee life cycle, from onboarding and role changes to employee relations and exits. Her work covers people programs, policy and guideline development, and ensuring benefits, compliance, and HR practices are consistent across regions. She works closely with the global People & Talent team on projects that improve the employee experience and how people work together across the organization.
