Nadine works as a Strategic People Advisor at Preferred by Nature, where she partners closely with senior leaders to strengthen people practices across the organisation. Her role focuses on translating the People & Talent strategy into practical support for leaders, with particular attention to leadership development, performance management, employee relations, and organisational culture.

Nadine supports leaders across divisions on the full spectrum of people and talent topics. This includes leadership and performance development, employee engagement, succession planning, and learning initiatives, as well as hands-on guidance in complex employee relations cases. She also contributes to organisation-wide People & Talent projects, working closely with colleagues across functions to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with organisational priorities.

Nadine brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, primarily within international non-profit and humanitarian organisations. She has held senior advisory and management roles at organisations such as Concern Worldwide, GOAL Global, and UK for UNHCR, where she supported global workforces across multiple regions. Her background includes leading global HR initiatives, managing international teams, advising on change management, safeguarding, pay and reward, and building people frameworks that work across diverse legal and cultural contexts.

She holds a Diploma in Mentoring for Professional Development and is a CIPD-qualified HR professional, with a strong interest in leadership development, wellbeing, and inclusive people practices.
