Tereza leads and coordinates certification evaluations in the Czech Republic, including logistical planning, supporting consultants and liaising with clients. She serves as the Lead Auditor on selected CoC audits, conducts report reviews as a competent RRA reviewer, and approves trademark uses as a competent Trademark Agent. Tereza provides technical guidance on certification standards and processes, manages questions and disputes during evaluations, and develops evaluation schedules to ensure timely completion. She also supports certificate administration and task management for the CoC/RA portfolio and assists external auditors with administrative tasks.

Tereza holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Forestry from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and completed part of her studies at the University of Ljubljana (Erasmus+). She has hands-on experience working in a forestry enterprise and at the Czech Forestry Institute, where she was involved in EUDR implementation, conducting field checks on operators under EUTR, subsidy control, and reporting. She is an Accredited Forestry Advisor (Ministry of Agriculture) and an active member of Pro Silva Bohemica and Česká lesnická společnost.
