William is a forestry specialist and sustainability professional with extensive experience supporting organisations in certification and climate-related initiatives. Throughout his career, he has worked with diverse stakeholders, including certification bodies, private companies, project developers, and public institutions across several regions.
His professional background spans forest certification, environmental auditing, biodiversity conservation, and carbon project assessment. He also spent many years with SmartWood and later RA-Cert, based in Guatemala.
