Learn to read the mind of your FSC auditor - or become one yourself! 

Our intensive FSC Expert trainings will equip you with the mindset and knowledge of an FSC auditor. Join our ASI accredited FSC CoC course to fulfill formal FSC Chain of Custody auditor training requirements whilst gaining useful insight into the FSC CoC system!

Our FSC Expert Course consists of two separate courses, one for Forest Management (FM) and one for Chain of Custody (CoC) certification. This registration is for the FSC CoC course, which consists of an online part followed by three-day intense classroom training, covering the FSC standards and systems for Chain of Custody and Controlled Wood certification.

The FSC CoC Expert course is conducted in English language. Please ensure that your language skills will allow you to fully engage in presentations, group exercises, discussions and examinations.

Our standard classroom agenda can be viewed here, and the online module agenda is to be added. Access to the online module will be provided to paid participants only and requires approximately three days to complete.

Note: The exam will be conducted online and supervised after the training.

Conditions for successful completion of the course

*For the participants who are not looking to acquire the auditor qualification, the exam and online modules´ completion are voluntary. Regardless, we would however highly recommend to complete the online part of the course beforehand as will aid to a better understanding of content and overall learning experience at the classroom course.

Successful completion of the course requires passing the final exam. In line with FSC Requirements for Auditor Training Programmes, participants must also attend the full duration of both the scheduled class time and online module, and actively participate in group work and discussions throughout the training.

Course fee and discount options

The cost of participating in this two-day classroom FSC CoC training course is 2,400 EUR, excluding accommodation and VAT. The course fee covers tuition, training materials and meals (coffee breaks and lunches) during the course.

Discount options

We offer a special discount of 30% for NGOs, FSC Network Partners (please see the list here), and university/college staff/students (Code: NGO30). Only a single discount can be applied per participant. All discounts are calculated from the full course fee.

Cancellation 

Cancellation is free of charge up until two weeks before the course starts, after which we will need to charge a cancellation fee, 25% from standard course fee, unless specified otherwise.
