Hai works as a Forestry Supply Chain Specialist at Preferred by Nature, supporting the end-to-end delivery of forestry certification assessments and annual audits. Her role includes conducting on-site and desk audits, coordinating fieldwork logistics and audit teams, managing client communications, and preparing assessment reports. She also oversees audit planning, budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and report finalization, ensuring all certification activities meet Preferred by Nature’s technical standards, quality requirements, and administrative procedures.
Hai’s key responsibility is to deliver certification and assurance services while ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery. With extensive experience conducting forestry management audits in Vietnam, she brings strong expertise in sustainable forest management and certification requirements. Through effective planning, clear reporting, and proactive stakeholder communication, she supports clients in achieving and maintaining certification while meeting Preferred by Nature’s technical and quality standards.
