As the Senior People & Talent Specialist, Jasmine drives talent acquisition strategies across China and Asia to support our mission to foster sustainability for people, nature, and the climate. Her role focuses on navigating unique local hiring landscapes to source critical talent, while also championing global learning and development programmes. By optimizing recruitment workflows and supporting employee growth, Jasmine ensures our team is equipped to achieve organizational objectives and make a lasting impact.
At Preferred by Nature, Jasmine leads talent acquisition efforts across China and Asia, managing full-cycle recruitment and developing localized sourcing strategies. She builds talent pipelines through local tools and professional communities while optimizing recruitment workflows and processes. In addition, she also supports global learning and development initiatives and employee development tracking. Prior to joining Preferred by Nature, Jasmine brought over a decade of HR expertise from both the private and public sectors. Her career has been anchored in two core domains: talent acquisition and HR-related training coordination.
