Amy supports Preferred by Nature’s forest certification services across China, Japan, and Korea. She manages certification processes for a portfolio of partners, conducts audits and assessments, and ensures quality, compliance, and traceability across the supply chain while providing expert guidance to clients.
Amy manages the end-to-end certification process for a portfolio of partners, from audit planning and field assessments to report finalisation. She guides clients on FSC and PEFC standards, Chain of Custody requirements, and traceability practices, helping them integrate sustainability into daily operations.
Before joining Preferred by Nature, Amy built expertise in international timber trade and supply chain operations, sourcing North American and Japanese lumber for clients in China and Vietnam. Her experience includes supplier verification, quality assurance, contract coordination, and logistics optimisation, giving her a strong understanding of both operational and compliance aspects of the forestry sector.
Amy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Wood Science and Engineering from Nanjing Forestry University, graduating with honours. She has completed FSC auditing and Chain of Custody training (ISO 19011) and is certified under CCAA Forest Management system standards. She is fluent in Mandarin and English, and combines technical knowledge with practical experience in timber sourcing and supply chain compliance.
