Global Project Portfolio Manager
+32 476 084 063

Kendrah oversees global implementation of Preferred by Nature’s mission-driven project portfolio, supporting teams and partners to deliver complex sustainability projects that are aligned with our commitments to quality. She ensures projects are planned, implemented, monitored, and reported in line with our standards, while supporting roll-out of our strategy for long-term impact across multiple countries.

Kendrah develops and maintains systems that ensure consistent implementation across Preferred by Nature’s projects and advises project managers and partners on compliance with funder requirements and good practice. She regularly visits partners, teams and community stakeholders in our priority landscapes to understand local perspectives, monitor progress and support implementing teams. Maintaining a strong process for monitoring, evaluation and learning is also a key part of Kendrah’s role – ensuring our projects deliver impact while managing risks.

With over 20 years in the non-profit sector and a Master's in Development Studies, she brings expertise in MEAL systems, partnership approaches, and capacity building, having worked in a wide variety of contexts in  Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.

"I believe strongly in the need to re-set the relationship that people (and our economies) have with nature into a more harmonious, reciprocal system. I’m grateful to be able to contribute to the holistic approach that Preferred by Nature is taking through its projects to transform landscapes with a long-term vision for a better balance."
