Global People and Talent Partner

Veronika supports Preferred by Nature’s People & Talent operations, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture while leading a range of HR processes and strategic initiatives. Her role covers global recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and organisational development, with a focus on ensuring consistency, compliance, and a strong employee experience across the organisation.

Veronika brings more than 15 years of experience in international HR, with a particular focus on stakeholder engagement, employee relations, and talent development. At Preferred by Nature, she leads the Young Talent and Internships Programme, coordinates global onboarding efforts, and supports people managers in applying HR policies in line with both local labour regulations and our organisational values.

She also contributes to the organisation’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) agenda and facilitates continuous improvements to people processes, including those related to global mobility and internal communications.

Prior to joining Preferred by Nature, Veronika worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Avis Budget Group and Zipcar, where she managed complex organisational change projects, restructuring, and leadership coaching. She has also led humanitarian initiatives supporting Ukrainian refugees in Hungary and held leadership roles in fundraising.

Her relocation to Copenhagen marked the latest step in her long-standing commitment to contributing to positive global impact through human-centred leadership.
