Alejandro Lindo
Alejandro is Preferred by Nature’s Legal Specialist, supporting the organisation with contracts, compliance, and risk management. He ensures agreements are clear, compliant, and well-managed while helping teams across the organisation navigate legal and regulatory matters.
Alejandro reviews, negotiates, and approves a wide range of agreements, from certification and service contracts to consultant arrangements. He tracks contract milestones, advises colleagues on legal and compliance questions, and coordinates with external lawyers when needed. Alejandro also develops templates, guidance, and training to make legal processes smoother and more consistent across the organisation.
Alejandro trained as a lawyer at Universidad de los Andes in Colombia and has extensive experience in corporate law, compliance, and international contracts. He has worked across Latin America and Europe, including as Legal Counsel and Secretary General at Transforma and as an Associate at Baker McKenzie. He has helped organisations grow while keeping legal risks under control, and has a strong interest in aligning law, governance, and sustainability practices.
