Justyn Hartanto
Justyn supports the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies across the organisation. He contributes to improving operational efficiency, supporting programmes with data-driven solutions, and embedding ethical and responsible AI practices.
In his role, Justyn conducts workflow analyses to identify tasks suitable for AI and automation, translates user requirements into specifications for digital solutions, and supports adoption through training, guidance, and change-management activities. He collaborates with internal teams and external partners, assists in AI project management, and helps establish organisational standards for ethical AI and data governance.
Justyn recently completed a B.Sc. in Computer Science with a specialisation in Data Analytics at Asia Pacific University, Malaysia. During his studies, he developed practical experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and automation tools. He has applied these skills in internships, academic projects, and hackathons, delivering solutions in areas such as crop disease diagnosis, HR process automation, and business intelligence dashboards.
